Unfortunately there are no physical graffiti stores (none that I know of anyway). You’ll have to deal
with online retail and there’s a LOT of those. I recommend going with
artprimo.com. They basically have everything you need.

Spray paint caps so you can adjust how thick you
want your lines
On top of that they also have good deals pretty much every
day. You do have to pay for shipping, but on the bright side they do it pretty
quickly (2-5 business days)
If you don’t have a credit card, debit visas are accepted.
You can of course just go to different general shops to buy
supplies separately.
